Clean your board by washing with hot soapy water after each use and drying with a clean paper towel or allowing it to air dry. To sanitize, use a diluted mixture of 1 tsp bleach in 1 qt of water or a 1 to 5 dilution of white vinegar. To remove stains or discolorations, rub a small amount of table or kosher salt into the area with a damp sponge or paper towel. We recommend re-oiling your board every 3-4 weeks, depending on usage, to maintain and prolong its life.
Do not soak or submerge your board in water; this will disrupt the moisture content of the wood and cause the boards to split. Your board is not dishwasher safe.
